Objective: To stimulate sales and
enhance loyalty in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Strategy and Execution:
To showcase the client's products for medical emergency rooms, a campaign theme
was created and targeted to decision-making nurses. Buttons, note pads,
pens and other gifts were sent over a year's time. For example, in
order to get the "full scoop" about the client's available products,
recipients received mugs with packaged gourmet coffees. The campaign ended with
an imprinted sticky note pad accompanied by a survey.
Results:
It was reported that product sales jumped 20% over the previous year's sales and
the client's division won the "Top Performer Award."
